Company Profile - History
 PTP (Power Train Projects) started life in the early 1990’s as Universal Vehicle Contracts Ltd, providing a logistical service to the Rover Groups "Power Train Division"
 In 1995 UVC Ltd signed an exclusive contract to supply existing Rover Group OE customers, and to develop this business both in the UK and overseas with power train major units, engines, transmissions, gearboxes, axles and associated components, materials and fitting kits.
 By 2000, PTP were supplying over 3000 major units to such significant customers as Lotus, Morgan, TVR, Caterham, Westfield, Rover sport and a host of other manufacturers – mainly, but not exclusively, in the OE automotive sector.
 In 2008 -PTP signed an exclusive deal with Mazda to supply Engine's, Gearboxes, Differentials and components to the Automotive Original Equipment manufactures |
